Asma Khan at her restaurant Darjeeling Express, with some of her all-female team preparing to open up the restaurant. The food is a homage to Asma’s royal Mughlai ancestry and the busy streets of Calcutta, where she grew up.

Shipton Mill, restored by John Lister in the 1970s and run by him and his family, has been milling flour in the Cotswolds since the Middle Ages. It supplies the flour for the sourdough crackers made by Peter’s Yard.
